Director of Marketing/Development

Seeking self-motivated, energetic individual with strong marketing background to oversee marketing functions for a non-profit corporation as part of the executive management team. Responsible for planning and conducting public relations/marketing program designed to create and maintain favorable public image in order to procure contract work, job placements, and other revenue generating opportunities. Flexible schedule required to attend various networking events outside normal business hours. BA or equivalent required. Employment history of increasing administrative responsibility in marketing/development required. Experience with the Developmental Disabilities system preferred. Computer competency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Valid CDL, 3 yrs driving experience, good driving record; Drug Screening Required. Program Manager – Anthesis Autism Services

Seeking individual who is a self-motivated energetic professional capable of managing a new and cutting-edge program for adults who have Autism. Management duties include but are not limited to oversight and scheduling of staff, reporting, coordinating meetings, technical support, filing, reception and coordination of service delivery. Ideal candidate will have exp with case management, outcomes management systems, accreditation, licensing, and other regulatory agencies. Must possess a bachelors degree in human services field and eighteen (18) months experience in management OR must possess three (3) years experience in human services field, including at least two (2) years in management or supervisory position OR equivalency.  1 year of experience must reflect work with persons diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or persons exhibiting similar characteristics.  Must possess valid California Drivers License, three (3) years driving experience, good driving record, proof of current vehicle insurance/registration and dependable transportation. Must be proficient in windows, Microsoft office. Drug screening and fingerprint clearance required. We offer competitive salary and excellent benefits.
